  1962 Galaxie

Sunliner Convertible

Sorry, it's sold...

Get ready for cruising with the top down!

This '62 Galaxie convertible is turn key and ready to enjoy. It's color is Desert Tan Poly with matching 3 tone interior. You can jump in, hit the power top button and go. The car originally hails from Kentucky and the clean, rock solid undercarriage shows it! Overall the body is very solid also.

The stainless is excellent, the rest of the chrome and bright work is all there in very decent condition overall.  The few areas that have some scratches or pits, would all restore nicely. All Glass is very good and windows operate excellent.

The interior is in very nice condition, and the top is good except for a tiny split next to the chrome tack strip end, it doesn't leak and really isn't even noticeable. The power top functions perfectly.

The engine is a 390 with a C-6 automatic transmission, it runs and drives excellent! Tires are newer Dunlop's. This car also has chrome fender skirts.

Power Top Works Excellent!

Overall I'd rate this car at about a 70 out of 100 or a nice daily driver. It can be driven, enjoyed and taken to any cruise night as is, or easily taken to the next level. If you're looking for an affordable, solid, nice daily driver, you won't be disappointed. At $16,995 for a turn key early '60's convertible, this one is a no brainer!

As with any classic that has been enjoyed, there are some minor flaws, chips, scratches etc.. to be expected.

If you have any questions or would like to make arrangements to see the car in person, you can email or call anytime up till 11 pm e.s.t.
